Where do you ship?

Currently, I only ship domestically within the United States.

If demand increases in a particular region, this may change! Please inquire about your region if you are interested and I can look into shipping costs.

How much is shipping?

Orders of mini prints and stickers ONLY ship free via untracked stamp mail. For greater protection in the mail and to receive tracking, choose USPS Ground. Due to larger prints having a higher likelihood of being damaged in transit, these are shipped in rigid mailers at an additional cost starting at $4.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once it has shipped, it will take anywhere from 2-7 days for your order to arrive depending on your chosen shipping option and efficiency of your local postal office (holiday orders may take longer). Sometimes there are delays within the postal service. If your order still hasn’t arrived more than 3 weeks after shipping, please reach out to me at acguinaart@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

All items are final sale and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be mindful when ordering :-) That said, if your order arrives damaged, please let me know ASAP!

Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesale is available at discounted rates with minimum order quantities. Both my hand-carved prints and stickers are available. Please complete my inquiry form here and we can go from there!

Do you take commissions?

I accept both illustration and custom block/stamp commissions. My strengths are portraits (human, animals OK) and plants/florals. I do not do logos or fine text for custom blocks.

Portraits are a flat $150, everything else I charge by the hour, at $100/hour for illustrations and $150/hour for custom stamps/blocks. Turnaround time is anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Here’s what an estimate could look like, though it will always vary case to case:

  • For simple portraits with minimal embellishments, I charge a flat rate of $150. This includes one follow-up iteration for small adjustments. Any additional iterations or add-ons are charged at my illustration rate.

Other Illustrations (digital file)

  • Designing + drafting/initial sketch ~15 min - 1 hour (shorter if you know what you want, longer if you leave it up to me)

  • Line work ~1 hour

  • Color and detail ~45 min - 1 hour

  • 1-3 iterations for any changes or adjustments ~1 - 2 hours

  • ~$300 - $500

Custom stamp/block (max 4x4 inch block unmounted, max 3x3 inch block mounted)

  • Illustration process described above (3 - 5 hours, at illustration rate)

  • Transfer + carving ~1 - 4 hours (depends on the block size and amount of detail)

  • Mounting ~30 min - 1 hour

  • ~$525 - $1250

  • Making prints (optional add-on)

These are estimates and cost may be lower or higher depending on how long it actually takes. Reach out to me via email with your idea!

For portraits, I take full payment upfront. For everything else, I take a deposit up front and the rest at completion.
